Please be advised that in connection with your submission of personal data to participate in the recruitment process:

3) Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of carrying out and resolving the recruitment process for the position for which you are applying, on the basis of Article 221 § 1 of the Labor Code in connection with Article 88 of the RODO and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR and your declared contract (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);
4) We will process your data to carry out and resolve the recruitment process for the position indicated in the job advertisement for the duration of the recruitment process, but no longer than is necessary to protect against claims and only for as long as such claims may be brought against the employer, and if you have agreed to participate in future recruitment processes, for 36 months;
5) You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data and the right to data portability;
6) To the extent that your data will be processed based on your declared contract, you have the right to withdraw from the contract at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing performed based on your contract before the withdrawal;
7) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the law;
8) Provision of your data is voluntary, but to the extent specified in Article 221 § 1 of the Labor Code, it is necessary to participate in the recruitment process;
9) Your data will not be processed by automated means;
10) Your personal data may be transferred to contracted processors, i.e. partners providing technical services (development and maintenance of IT systems and Internet services);
11) Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence;
12) Your personal data will be transferred outside the European Economic Area to a third country, i.e. the USA, to entities that meet the required level of protection under the European Commission’s decision of July 12, 2016, the so-called Privacy Shield;
13) This means that your data will only be transferred to entities that comply with the rules set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield framework programs governing the collection, use and retention of personal data from European Union member states;
14) When transferring data from the EU area to other countries, such as the United States, data processors comply with laws that provide a level of security analogous to that of the European Union.
